Had a great time with friends! We visited the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame, both were awesome cultural highlights. The complimentary area shuttle made getting around super easy, and the flexible event spaces are perfect for planning future trips. Just expect that some rooms may not be available on arrival.

With some improvements in staff efficiency, this could be a great place for families.

My room had some cleanliness issues that rubbed me the wrong way—grand as the hotel might be, there were stains on the curtains and a filthy mirror. I noticed some peeling paint in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t what I’d call impressive. Also, the pool was a letdown. it had some algae growing on the walls, which made me hesitate to take a dip.
